LEGAL PLATFORMS IN KAZAKHSTAN FOR INVESTING IN CRYPTO CURRENCIES

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the turnover (purchase/sale/storage/exchange) of digital assets, as well as any activity of digital asset exchanges on unsecured digital assets is allowed only within the framework of licensed exchanges.

All exchanges that are not included in this list are high–risk and illegal activities, which are punishable by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
