Kazakhstan Association of Blockchain Technologies held a working meeting with the Astana International Financial Center on April 17, 2021.

During the meeting, the issues of bilateral cooperation on the development of Kazakhstan's crypto-exchanges on the territory of the IFCA were discussed.The association has made recommendations for improving the current legislation. Also, the parties discussed problematic issues, made proposals for their solution.

Chairman of the Presidium Islambek Salzhanov, Chairman of the Board Sapar Akhmetov and Executive Director Maksutbek Aitmaganbet took part in the event. On the other behalf of the AIFC, Governor of the AIFC Kairat Kelimbetov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "AIFC Administration" Kairat Aitekenov and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the AIFC Kairat Kaliev.
