Chief executive of the Association was awarded a diploma from the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan

In honor of Republic Day, he was awarded a diploma by B.B. Musin. - Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan.

This ministry is the main regulator in the field of digital assets.
In a short period of time for the crypto industry, with close cooperation with Gizzat Baitursynov, head of the Department for Development of the Digital Asset Industry of the Ministry, we managed to develop an advanced Law “On Digital Assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

The law gives ultra transparency to this industry; each of its norms is maximally verified, easy to administer and quite effective in countering illegal activities in the field of digital mining and the circulation of cryptocurrencies. The provisions of the Law do not create excessive burden, that is, they do not limit the development potential of the industry.

This Law will undoubtedly become a solid foundation for the development of decentralized finance in our country.
The law has already received a positive assessment from the Kazakh and foreign expert communities.

I am very pleased with the attention and appreciation, I believe that by joining forces we can improve the economy of our country, and the crypto industry has plenty of potential for these purposes.
